2. Legal Eligibility

The user must be of legal age according to the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (18 years or older) to represent themselves in purchase and contracting transactions through the store.

3. Orders, Contracting, and Correction of Errors

• Contract Formation: The contract is considered effective and concluded as soon as the customer clicks on the field designated for completing the order or payment. Accordingly, the customer is committed to paying the stated value.

• Order Amendment: The consumer has the right to request a correction of any error in their order data within a maximum of (24) hours from the time of submission, provided that the product has not been used or shipped.

• Data Errors: The store reserves the right to correct unintentional errors in contract data before shipping, with a commitment to inform the customer immediately and provide the option to continue with the order or cancel and receive a full refund.

4. Prices and Payment

The prices displayed in the store at the time of purchase are considered the final value. The customer is committed to paying the order value via the approved payment methods on the site before the shipping process begins.

7. Disclaimer and Safety Guidelines (Very Important)

The customer acknowledges reading and fully understanding the following points before using the product:

• Nature of the Product: "Diriyah Clips" products are accessories designed for personal comfort and to relieve belt pressure; they are not, under any circumstances, a modification or replacement for the vehicle's primary safety systems.

• Strict Compliance: The user must fully adhere to the specified expansion limits of the product, which is a maximum of (3-4 cm) from the original position of the belt.

• Personal Responsibility: The customer acknowledges that the use of the product is under their full personal responsibility. The store shall not bear any legal or material liability for any damages or injuries resulting from misuse, exceeding the expansion distance, or violating traffic and safety regulations.
