# Exchange and Return Policy

## Second: Right of Withdrawal (Return Within 7 Days)
The consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within **seven (7) days** from the date of receiving the product, without providing any reason, subject to the following conditions:
1. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and undamaged.
2. The product must include all accessories and original packaging.
3. Proof of purchase must be provided (order number or invoice).
The consumer bears the shipping costs in case of withdrawal unless the return is due to an error by the store or a defect in the product.

## Third: Cases Excluded from the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
• If the product has been used or opened in a way that diminishes its commercial value.
• Products made to order or customized according to the customer’s specifications.
• Products that cannot be returned for health or consumer protection reasons once opened.
• If the damage is proven to result from misuse or negligence by the customer.

## Fourth: Damaged or Defective Products
If a damaged product or a product with a manufacturing defect is received:
1. The store must be notified within **48 hours** for visible damage caused by shipping.
2. Or within **7 days** for manufacturing defects.
3. Supporting photos or evidence must be provided.
In such cases, the store bears the shipping costs, and the customer is entitled to:
• Replace the product, or
• Receive a full refund of the amount paid.

## Fifth: Refund Process
• Refunds will be processed within **14 business days** from the date of approval of the return request.
• Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used, unless otherwise agreed.
• For international shipments, the customer bears customs duties and any additional fees. If delivery is refused, shipping costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
